Beginning their treatment in this way can help them enormously with regards to releasing any expectations and nervousness they have. Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) can also tap to set the intention or goal for the session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Usefull Before and After Hypnotherapy<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>It is also helpful to use it after a session to help them clear any negative emotions, behaviours or symptoms that they have identified during the session.
